Shipping costs We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum order value required.
Processing and delivery time Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, deliveries are made within 14 calendar days. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been placed.
Order tracking Once your order has shipped, you can follow it via the "Track Your Order" page on our website.
Customs, import duties and taxes (orders outside the EU) Shipments outside the EU are made under the delivery condition DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means the customer is responsible for all import formalities and costs, including import VAT, customs duties, and any handling fees, as well as compliance with national import regulations. We provide standard export documents but cannot guarantee their recognition in every country. We strongly advise checking your country's import regulations before ordering.
Transfer of risk Ownership and risk transfer to the customer when the goods are shipped.
Damaged parcels If your parcel arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement item free of charge. Please contact us promptly at info@everstep-footwear.com and attach photos if possible.
Delays We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes, trade restrictions, or transport failures.
