Return & Refund Policy — EverStep Footwear


At EverStep Footwear, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If an item does not fit or does not meet your expectations, we will find a suitable solution together.


Return window You can register your return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting our customer service at info@everstep-footwear.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.


How returns work


  1. Contact us by email at info@everstep-footwear.com within 30 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Our customer service will review your request, confirm whether the return is accepted, and provide you with the correct return address. Note: if the return is not shipped within 30 days of confirmation, the return request will be automatically cancelled.

  3. Pack the items carefully, preferably in their original packaging, including all accessories and contents.

  4. Send the package to the return address provided and share the tracking number with us.

  5. Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 days.


Return reasons and costs


  • Item does not fit (wrong size or color ordered): you can return or exchange the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Change of mind (item no longer wanted): you can return or exchange the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Parcel damaged on delivery: we will send you a replacement item free of charge. Please contact us promptly and attach photos if possible.


Return conditions Returned items should be unworn, undamaged, and — if possible — in their original packaging. Unless otherwise specified, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.


Alternative solutions In certain cases, our customer service can offer an accommodating solution after individual review, without the need for a return.
