Vera's Linnet Copper Hoop Earrings

There's a particular kind of quiet that comes with small things done well. These hoops carry that neat, settled, nothing about them asking for attention.

I shape each one by hand, working the curve until it holds its weight evenly, then setting the hinge myself so it closes clean and sits flush against the ear. No two passes through my hands are quite the same.

Copper worn close to the skin is something people have leaned on for a very long time  long before anyone thought to question why. I just keep making what's always been made.
