If an item does not fit perfectly or does not meet your expectations, we will find a suitable solution together.


How to return

You can register your return or exchange with us within 30 days of receiving your order.

After contacting us, you will receive all further information about the process.

Once your return has been received and inspected by us, the refund will be made to the original payment method.

Item does not fit (wrong size or color ordered)
You can return or exchange the item.

Change of mind (item no longer wanted)
You can return or exchange the item.
The return costs are responsible by the customer.

Parcel damaged
on delivery If your parcel arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement item free of charge.

In these cases, please contact us promptly by e-mail at
info@everstep-footwear.com and, if possible, attach meaningful photos for a better assessment.

In certain cases, our customer service can offer an accommodating solution after individual examination, without the need for a return.


How to return your order

1. Contacting
us Please contact us by email at
info@everstep-footwear.com within 30 days of receiving your order , stating your order number and the reason for the return.

You will receive the exact return address and any other instructions after contacting our customer service.

Inspection & Return Address
Our customer service will review your request and confirm whether the return is accepted.
You will then receive the correct return address.

Note: If no return is made within 30 days of confirmation, the return will be automatically canceled.

3. Prepare
for return Please pack the items carefully in their original packaging, including all accessories and contents.

4. Send
a return Send the package to the return address provided and then provide us with the tracking number.

5. Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected by us, the refund will be made to the original payment method within 5 days.


Important notes

The returned items should:

  • unworn

  • undamaged

  • and – if possible – be in its original packaging

Unless otherwise specified, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

The statutory right of revocation remains unaffected by this.
